University of Sunderland Spectral Visions

On Thursday 30th October, Spectral Visions is hosting a Halloween treat for you all!

There will be papers for your enjoyment. Dr Bill Hughes will be speaking on ‘The Demon Love: Embracing the Monster in Paranormal Romance’. Byronic heroes, vampires and demons; is there a better way to celebrate Halloween?

We also have a paper from Dr Alison Younger, who will be speaking on phantasmagoria! It’s an always interesting subject from an always interesting speaker.

There’s also be a reception and readings of Gothic and horror to get you in the mood for All Hallows’ Eve.
